In a difficult
market we are able to assist our registered agents by supplying
valuation/instruction leads.
These leads are generated via our various web sites, affiliates
and member estate agents.
We are continuously looking for proactive estate agents who want
to grow their market share, have an entrepreneurial streak, and
are open to new ideas and concepts to generate commission.
We actively seek new companies who will offer our agents commission
splits, one off payments, introducers
fees and anything else that may help create income. We
supplying our commission generating 'Virtualnegotiator'
FREE to all of our agents. All of our new ideas, commission splits
etc. are passed onto our agents via our eNewsletter.
Just
to stress again: like you, we operate on a strictly no sale no fee
basis, so we only get paid on a successful sale.

There are no
monthly fees, no membership fees or ongoing payments, just a share
of your agreed commission like any other referral network or sub
agent, and only payable on completion.

Do we have to join or commit
to anything to receive valuations and instructions from you?
No,
you do not have to join swapproperty, simply register so that we
can contact you when we have an instruction in your area
Do we
carry out a valuation then pass on the details to
you to deal with.
No, you can carry on as per a normal
valuation/instruction dealing directly with the vendor at all times.
We ask that you send a link from your website so that we can feature
the property on our portal
So who pays us?
You are instructed by the vendor
they pay you your agreed fee
Who pays swapproperty
We invoice you 25% of YOUR fee as we have referred the vendor to
you, just like a sub instruction.
What if
we are a member of another referral network?
We
do not mind if you are a member of any other network. Remember we
do not have any membership or monthly fees.
What are the advantages of joining
swapproperty rather than just taking valuations?
1) Our fee is reduced to 20% 2) You receive commission
if you refer an out of your area vendor to another member.
3) You get preference over agents who have simply registered.
How do I join?
You
have to have taken at least one instruction from us, sold it and
paid us, or be highly recommended by a fellow member
