In conjunction with swapproperty the BBC are planning a mini series on property swapping. They are looking for a couple who are wanting to move and who would consider a property swap or part exchange. Great publicity for your agency - must be in the East Anglia area.

What does being an Associate Mean?

If you are not quite ready to take full membership but would like valuations from us, you could be eligible to become an Associate Member.

We supply our Associates with valuations/instructions. In return we look to them for an introduction fee which is slightly higher than that paid by our full members.

To eliminate any conflict of interest that could arise if your agency is a member of any other network, our Associates do not use our logo, and do not participate in our inter office referral system or have access to their own Virtual Negotiator.

We do not charge a monthly fee and it is FREE to join after a simple application process. This gives the opportunity to try out the system before joining. However we do continue to look for a permanent member agent in your area until you wish to upgrade your membership to full.

We are not a vast faceless company, we are ex estate agents who are friendly, approachable and can become a virtual, additional member of staff for your office.
